This Site may contain links to other Web sites. DHP.com is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites or for the privacy policies and practices of third parties.

Please make sure all the information in you registration is correct. The billing address you type in must match the credit card used on the purchase. If not the card will be declined and the funds will be held by your credit card company for several days. If you try your card 4 times and it is only accepted once and declined 3 times. Your credit card company will hold seperate funds for all 4 charges. Door Hardware Products.com is not responsable in any way for this mistake and cannot have these funds replaced or reimbursed in any way, as we are not given any credit card information. We are only paid for the one transaction that is accepted. If this happens to you we can supply you with a copy of your credit card reciept however your issue is with your bank. Please do not make this very common mistake.
